Barbara Klump joined the Department of Behavioral and Cognitive Biology (Faculty of Life Sciences) in 2023. She is the leader of the WWTF Vienna Research Group "The interplay between cognition and ecology in extractive foraging behaviours", investigating the cognition and ecology of extractive foraging without tools in carrion crows, hooded crows, and sulphur-crested cockatoos.

Jutta Mueller is Professor of Psycholinguistics at the Department of Linguistics (Faculty of Philological and Cultural Studies). She is Vice-Director of Studies "Psychology, Cognition, Behaviour, and Neuroscience Directorate of Doctoral Studies" and heads the Psycholinguistics Lab Babelfisch.
Ass.-Prof. Matthew Pelowski, PhD
Matthew Pelowski is Assistant Professor of Cognitive and Neuroaesthetics at the Vienna CogSciHub and the Department of Cognition, Emotion and Methods in Psychology (Faculty of Psychology). He is head of the ARTIS (Art and Research on Transformations of Individuals and Societies) Lab and PI of the #Connecting Minds Project "Unlocking the Muse".

Giorgia Silani is Deputy Head of the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology (Faculty of Psychology) and heads the Clinical Social Neuroscience Unit.
