As part of an initiative to strengthen research in Cognitive and Neural Sciences at the University of Vienna, several fixed-term research positions are opening for application on a rolling basis.
We are seeking top-notch postdoctoral researchers with an international profile and offer access to a vibrant interdisciplinary research network (including a well-established Cognitive Science Hub and five new professors related to cognitive neuroscience) and state-of-the-art facilities (including 3 and 7 Tesla scanners, computing clusters, etc.).

Data Scientist for Vienna Cog Sci Hub (initial contract for three years)
We seek candidates with profound expertise in statistical analysis, particularly as applied to behavioral data (including e.g. behavioral responses, eye tracking, physiological and potentially neural data); competence in computer programming is also desired.

Post-doctoral Research Position in Neuroscience of Music and Language:
A 1.5 year post-doctoral position on topics in brain imaging and brain stimulation in a joint Research Cluster jointly funded by the University of Vienna and Medical University of Vienna open 1 Jan 2019 (PIs Tecumseh Fitch and Roland Beisteiner).
